This fall , the Wylie and May Louise Jones Gallery welcomes back old friends and colleagues to celebrate the Bakersfield College Centennial. The first exhibit of our 2013/2014 season features artwork in a variety of media by esteemed retired faculty:
- Birt Brink, Al Davis, Al Naso, Chalita Brossett Robinson, Harry Wilson, and Marlene Tatsuno.
Their work will be complemented by the artwork of current full and part time faculty members:
- Laura Borneman, Cameron Brian, David Koeth, Emily Maddigan, Deborah Rodenhauser, Armando Rubio, Adel Shafik, Kristopher Stallworth, and Cecilia Noyes.
The exhibit runs September 3 through October 10, 2013.
Please join us at an hors d’oeuvre reception for the artists August 29, 2013 from 5:30 until 7:00 pm
Admission to the reception will be $15.00 per person.
The Wiley and May Louise Jones Gallery is located in the foyer of the Byrd Library on the campus of Bakersfield College at 1801 Panorama Drive, Bakersfield, Ca. Please use the Haley Street entrance to campus. Parking fees are suspended on the evening of the opening reception. After that please follow campus protocol by parking in the visitor spaces.
